I purchased for a 3 year old. The box I received said 6+. I didn’t think he would be able to put it together but would enjoy it after and he did. The only downside so far are the instructions. There is a picture where all the individual parts are shown in a sort of explosion. Those are the instructions you receive. Not easy but also some of the parts were already put together like the wheels so we had to figure out what was done and what still needed to be done. The most helpful hint for my experience: the battery part came in the bottom of the wheels. Take it out and screw in the above parts from underneath.This was a fun gift for my kids. Great gift for those who love to build and make things such DYI or science kits. It was great to find toys that will help kids with engineering and fine motor skills. I would purchace again.My toddler loves to take things apart. Over and over for however long I am willing to put them back together. Now that he’s been doing this for a few days, he’s even starting to put it back together rather than waiting for me! It’s great for his dexterity and fine motor skills, and it’s an actual construction vehicle (normally an excavator here at our house) that he can play with too when I don’t give him the drill. This is a winner.One of our grandsons is so into construction vehicles. This was a huge hit. He plays with it all the time and it is one of his favorite toys!My grandson likes to take things apart and put them back together. This is a good set for kids who like taking things apart. It is good for kids coordination skills. It is durable. It is easy for kids to assemble and disassemble.Bought this for grandsons birthday , he loved putting it all together and he did it all in 1 day and he is 4! Plays with it a lot.My son was looking forward to his construction toys because he's obsessed with Blippli. This is a great exercise he did with his father and they had so much fun putting it together. He has been playing with this daily and we would definitely purchase more for family gifts.Not actually used yet as bought as a gift for Xmas. Arrived very quickly and looks very nice in box. Have looked inside at the product and it appears to be study and good quality pieces.Some of the pieces are quite small so the 6 year old plus is probably a good guide.My gift is for a 5 year old due to be 6 early next year and I believe he will be very capable of following the instructions provided but will need support from his dad. Luckily his dad loves tractors so will enjoy the gift too. I am very pleased with the product and would recommend it to others.Middle child (age 5) likes it, but needs a little bit of help with it - probably OK for kids this age and up to a few years older.And obviously big kids. Can't claim that it'll last forever, does seem a little bit... y'know ... on places, but then again isn't that expensive for what it is, so generally recommended.Great packaging, so ideal for a perfect gift. It is quite sturdy, so can withstand the rough handling by toddlers. The remote control that turns into an electric drill is a brilliant idea. If your child is into construction, will defenitely love this toy.I would recommend don't bring it to a child younfmger than 4 years as it is quite hard for younger ones to understand the concept.Overall, happy with the purchase.Very good quality build and a fun project.
