Nice car to build but the pieces were not right ? according to the pictures on the book they didn't match. So disappointing took us days to put it together our ways since we couldn't match the pictureThis is a fun idea, but it was hard to put together. But it is fun to drive even if the car did break and no one wanted to spend the time trying to get it back together the right way.This is an fun build with some remarkable engineering and detail. Many pieces are extremely small so you'll need a good amount of finger dexterity to complete it. My 7yo was not able to do it so I did it for him and enjoyed it.PROSThe final result is a pretty nice looking car with the awesome added feature of actually being about to drive it around with a remote. The head and taillights are an additional bonus feature.CONS-The illustrated guide is generally very good but there are some small black pieces that are hard to differentiate.-This car isn't really a substitute for a dedicated RC car as many of the pieces are held together in a fragile manner so bumping the car around or even just picking it up will cause parts to fall off. You have to handle this car very gently.-The rechargeable battery can be a pain to deal with. You need to unscrew the battery compartment each time,, remove the battery, and then plug it into the special charger. The connection is typical of other RC cars but is not a standard USB type which would be much more convenient.This remote control stem learning blocks kit is so fun!! and would make a great gift for anyone that loves to put stuff together! Not too difficult at all.
