What a great gift for your train lovers. Great STEM activity for kids. My grandson will LOVE this. Plus it will be a great bonding experience for him and his dad. Haven’t seen it put together yet but I’m sure it will be a fun and satisfying time for them.I bought this for my grandson to play with. It went together easy. The directions were easy to follow.It took me about two hours to put it together. I wanted to find a LEGO set that is actually a challenge, This is obviously not LEGO but it is still amazing quality building blocks! This kit could also create a tractor and motorcycle, not just a steam train. Great for young boys and anyone who is into trains. Was so much fun to build with my kidThe plastic is substantially cheaper Quality than the Lego Brand. The directions are also poor.One of the main parts for the train are broken, its one of the main train wheels.This was easy and fun to put togetherThis was a really cool idea but unfortunately this model was missing partsWe got this for my son for Christmas and he absolutely loves this as he is at an age where he is really taking to legos and just building things, so for him to actually see his creation really does make himself feel really proud. As a parent, seeing that in your child is just a feeling words can't explain.Out of the box, you get all the pieces to build 3 models: a steam engine locomotive, a motorcycle, and a bulldozer as well as a instruction to construct. All the pieces were really well made and the colors were really cool and detailed. What was surprising was that I thought the pieces were only enough to build one model at a time, but there are literally three build sets in this one kit, where you could build all three models. Really cool building kit.
