Lots of detail is added into this set. My 9-year-old had great fun putting it together - only needing minor assistance for putting pesky small pieces in he was worried would break under incorrect pressure, and the minor dilemma mentioned below.I would recommend flipping to the back of the instruction booklet upon opening the set - and sorting your pieces - this also allows you to account for all the pieces. I mention this because when initially building it my Son reported missing pieces, and after it got to like 4 pieces, I destructed a bit of it and started again about the point where he started coming up short on pieces. After I took it apart the wall portion and reassembled it - I found it was because he didn't use the black Legos as directed in the layering of the wall - so pieces could have been used more efficiently, when he saw a black wall he just used the flat black legos that fit along it and thought - complete! When he should have followed the directions exactly as to what length to use for which part of the wall. So issues like that could be a reason why some Customers report missing pieces, I was about to request a return or additional legos to be sent until I realized the issue. While it was a little frustrating rebuilding the one portion of it - this can easily be avoided by following the directions exactly for small details like that - each page tells you how many and what length of lego top right of each page making it really simple. This was an awesome addition to his FNAF display on his entertainment stand - very happy with the purchase the little characters look great!
