My dogs have jaws like tigers. The helmet has held up well and has been really fun to play with my dogs, a 35 pound terrier, and a 65 pound Rhodesian Ridgeback. They both love it. The little helmet rubber part is heavy enough that when you throw it it really goes a far distance. This means that the dogs get a lot of exercise. The squeaker was great while it lasted. Unfortunately the ball inside of the little helmet is a tennis ball And my terrier who has jaws of death, managed to tear off the hairy furry part that is the exterior of a tennis ball. Oh well! The ball/toy is still alive and we play with it with much joy.
